20 Day Ganesh Himal Trekking

Ganesh Himal Trek, not frequented by many tourists and it situated in central Nepal, northwest of Kathmandu the terraced hillsides seem to climb to the sky. Many interesting ethnic groups a mixed of lifestyle offer you a glimpse into real Nepali life and this gives visitors an opportunity to observe the rich Nepalese cultural tradition from the closest quarter and intermingle with locals, hence giving the visitor a sense of satisfaction.Trekking in this region provides ample of opportunities to observe rich flora like varieties of orchids and ferns. We would also find double Jasmine, the dense forests of Spanish Oak, Blue Pine, Rhododendron, etc. The mountain is also rich in crystals which is regarded as a valuable and precious stone. The route to the mountain passes through quite Tamang villages, hot spas, gorges and glaciers and magnificent sceneries. The Manaslu massif (8163m.) can be seen from the top of Singla. Ganesh Himal is seen to the northwest and at other side looms Langtang Himal.

Trip Itinerary

Day 1Arrival at Tribhuban International Airport, pick up by our private vehicle, and transfer to the hotel. O/N Hotel.

Day 2Kathmandu sightseeing, including the Buddhist stupa of Boudhnath, Swyambhunath (Monkey Temple), and Patan Durbar Square, all of which are UNESCO World Heritage Sites. O/N Hotel

Day 3Drive to Betrawati & trek to Chapdanda (1220m) O/N Camp.

Day 4Trek to Bhalche (2020m) O/N Camp.

Day 5Trek to Gonga (2800m) O/N Camp.

Day 6Trek to Rupchet (3720m) O/N Camp.

Day 7Acclimatization day, and hiking around the valley. O/N Camp.

Day 8Trek to Phedi (3546m) via Singla pass (4750m) O/N Camp.

Day 9Trek to Pansang Bhanjyang (4000m) O/N Camp.

Day 10Rest and hike around the valley O/N Camp.

Day 11Trek to Tipling (2500m) O/N Camp.
