12 Day Pikey Everest View Trek

Join this professionally guided 12-day journey to experience the breathtaking views in the Everest region. In this trek, you can avoid the physical strain of ascending to high altitudes or the need to take a flight. Instead, you can embark on a 4-wheel drive to the start point of your trek. As a beginner or experienced trekker, being part of this trek will give you the chance of exploring one of the famous regions of the world, Everest region.

Great Himalayan views with TrekandTours

The Pikey Everest View trek trekking trail is nearest to Kathmandu (less discovered) and offers a lower elevation viewpoint of the Himalayan range. Renowned mountaineers such as Sir Edmund Hillary have chosen Pikey Peak as the best viewpoint of Mt. Everest. You can experience the best views of Mt. Everest from Pikey Peak, especially the sunrise and sunset and magnificent views of the Himalayan range of Mt. Everest, Makalu, Kanchenjungha, Gauri Shankar, Lhotse Shar, Numbur, Khatang, Karyalung, Annapurna, Nuptse, Amadablam, Shishapangma, Thamserku and Mera peak, etc. You need not be a “world-class at athlete or champion mountain climber” to take advantage of and relish this opportunity.

Taking a 4-wheel drive to the start point of your Pikey Everest View trek will, however, not compromise on the quality of your trip. You will get the best of experiences in this Everest view trek package. The highlights of your trip will include the observation of local monasteries to experience local cultures, languages, and lifestyles of the Sherpa, Tamang and Magar communities.

You will experience scenic views of the mountainous landscape, Buddhist Stupas, Himalayan flora and fauna (such as Rhododendrons), and ancient monasteries. Exploring the different attractions will allow you to have an authentic experience, while surrounded by high-altitude vegetation. Most of the attractions are unique to the region, giving you a once in a lifetime experience.

Beautiful Pikey Peak Trek

Your adventure starts in the colourful, chaotic, magical and utterly fascinating city of Kathmandu. Accompanied by our guide, you will explore various temples, and wander through bazaars that are likely different from anything you have ever experienced. As you wander through narrow streets and alleys, you will sample the local cuisine and have the opportunity to bargain with merchants and artisans who are keen to sell their exotic items.

The following day your trip starts from Kathmandu with a very scenic and adventurous drive that takes approx 7 hours to Dhap Bazaar. The trail passes through authentic Sherpa villages and monasteries following the beaten trail.

Join this journey for a chance to explore Mt Everest in an affordable way. You will also be in the company of fellow adventurers, looking forward to a unique adventure experience.
